    Harvest

    Apples are picked at the right maturity for each variety and destination market.

    Sorting

    Fruit is sorted by hand to remove any damaged, bruised or off-grade apples.

    Grading

    Each apple is graded by size, color and firmness against a fixed standard.

    Packing

    Graded apples are packed into export cartons and weighed to net weight.

    Final QC

    A final quality check confirms carton count, weight, label and seal before loading.
